Primal health in it’s true form is about restoring our bodies and lifestyles to God’s original design. Learn holistic health through a biblical perspective.
EDUCATION
Sometimes it’s hard to know what’s true in a world polluted with conflicting information. Learn the foundations of the ancestral/primal way - a simple healthy lifestyle, just as God intended.

NATURE
Our class will be in-person at Harveston Lake. We will be soaking in the sunshine while learning about our original design. At the end of our session, we will walk the 1 mile Harveston Lake trail together.

Week 1: Foundations of our Original Design
Your body was designed for health, energy, and resilience—so why do so many people feel exhausted and unwell?
This week, we’ll uncover the foundations of wellness as it was meant to be, exploring how to reclaim vibrant health by aligning with your body’s natural design. Plus, you’ll get an overview of the program and meet your community!
Week 2: Eating from the Earth
Your body wasn’t designed for artificial, processed food—it was built to thrive on real nourishment.
This week, we’ll explore how single-ingredient, whole foods can transform your energy, heal your gut, and fuel your body the way nature intended. Learn how to simplify nutrition and make eating well effortless.
Week 3: Joyful Movement
Exercise shouldn’t feel like punishment—it should feel natural, freeing, and energizing.
This week, we’re shifting the focus from workouts to a movement-based lifestyle, with practical ways to incorporate daily activity, low-intensity movement, and the power of occasional sprints to optimize health and longevity.
Week 4: Natural Rhythms
Your body follows the rhythms of the sun, the seasons, and even deeper biological cycles. But modern life constantly disrupts these natural patterns, leading to fatigue, brain fog, and hormone imbalances.
This week, we’ll restore balance by learning how to optimize sleep, sync with your circadian and infradian rhythms, and reset your body’s natural clock.
Week 5: Renew Your Strength
Strength isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about resilience, play, and longevity.
This week, we’ll uncover the benefits of strength training for every age, the importance of play in keeping us young, and how learning new skills keeps both your body and mind strong for life.
Week 6: Let There Be Light
Sunlight is one of the most powerful (and underrated) forms of medicine—yet most people spend their lives indoors, disconnected from its benefits.
This week, we’ll explore how morning sunlight, infrared exposure, and natural light cycles impact everything from mood to metabolism—and how you can harness it to feel your best.
Week 7: Renew Your Mind
Just as we train our bodies, we must also train our minds. In a world filled with distractions, this week is about reclaiming mental clarity, focus, and resilience.
You’ll learn how to sharpen your mind, be more present, and cultivate a thought life that fuels both purpose and peace.
